Shipping and handling and insurances are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at time of shipping due unknown weight and insurance coverage to designation is unknown beforehand. Title to products passes from dscbikeshop to Customer upon shipment to Customer. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier is purchaser's responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by you is your responsibility. You must notify dscbikeshop within 21 days of the date of your invoice or acknowledgement if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. Unless you provide dscbikeshop with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of Product and the Product ship-to location, you are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order. Shipping charges and delivery dates are estimates only.


All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. Incorrect, damaged, or missing items must be reported within 72 hours of the time the products are received. You mount it, you bought it. Warranties are limited to or through ORIGINAL PURCHASER of products ONLY. All warranties and liabilities of products are null and void as a result of improper installation, improper use, modifications of products and abuse of products.

A: ALL returns will be charged the original freight cost required to send you the item. You MUST contact us prior to returning any merchandise. See details below.

B: All return claims of any kind must be returned to DSC Bike Shop, within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise. If the claim is due to damage or shortage, you must keep the package and packaging for the carrier (UPS or USPS) to inspect. If we do not receive the items in the allotted time period, your package will be refused. Once you have received a Return Authorization Number, complete the Return Authorization Form and secure it to the outside of the box. If the Return Authorization Form with a valid Return Authorization Number, is not on the outside of the box, it will be refused and returned to you.

C: Items must be returned in their new, original, unused, undamaged, condition with no marks on the original packaging, and with all tags, labels, documentation, and protective covers intact.

D: All returns are subject to inspection for damage, misuse, or improper packaging. It is the sole discretion of DSC Bike Shop, to provide replacement, issue a credit, or return the item to you.

E: In the event of damaged or defective item DSC Bike Shop must be notified within three (3) days of receipt of the item. Damaged return claims must be returned to DSC Bike Shop. within ten (10)days of receipt of merchandise. Please include a brief but accurate description of the damage to the item. Damaged items may only be exchanged for the exact item without exception.


G: In the event of an item cancellation or item change after the order has been processed then all of the above return policies will apply, these include but are not limited to a 20% restock fee. In most cases the items have already been ordered and shipped from the manufacturer and cannot be canceled. Please be sure that you actually want an item before you order it.

H: Backordered items may be canceled without penalty, but all other canceled items on the order will be subject to a restock fee.


I: Due to the wide variety of configurations, all swingarm orders are considered "special order" items and are non-returnable. Any speclal order or custom made item requires a 100% deposit by either wire transfer or credit card. A special order item may not be cancelled or returned once it has been placed on order. All back orders will be automatically shipped if they become available within 30 days. Due to a number of possible reasons, special order or custom made items may take several weeks to complete. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.


All our products are sold without warranty of any kind due to the unusual stress and conditions that are placed upon them for which we have no control. The sole obligation of DSC Bike Shop, shall be limited to only the products found defective, in either workmanship or material, after an inspection performed by our company. This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and only covers the replacement or repair of the defective products.


DSC Bike Shop Limited Warranty only applies to its products that are installed by a certified motorcycle mechanic.
