Replacement Swingarm Double Drive Sprocket.
You are buying a quality one piece replacement twin drive sprocket. We offer 3 different types of jack shaft sprockets that run on a 25mm shaft from a 300mm swingarm, 330mm wide tire swingarm, and 360 big tire swingarm. Our new 530 pitch tooth double drive sprockets are made by cnc machine from chrome moly steel and then heat treated for high strength.
Many competitors are using uncertified mig and tig welders to weld two individual sprockets with a dividing tube, with no heat treating and painting them black, so that you cannot see the poorly welded twin drive sprocket. Due to these techniques they are not welded perpendicular to one another and the teeth on the sprockets are not inline causing chain wobble and teeth to break off by vibration and torque.
In need of a replacement twin drive sprockets set up or maybe building your own big tire kit? These are designed to be used on 300, 330, 360 twin drive swing arm kit. These big tire twin sprockets need to be specified on what wheel application you are using on any Suzuki GSXR, Yamaha R1 or R6, Honda CBR and Kawasaki ninja and ZX14 . You also will run two 530 chains in use of our double drive sprocket. Our sprockets are used on all metric motorcycles. Do not forget you will also use a 530 front sprocket with your new double twin drive sprocket set up. We only use high heat rated bearings in order to keep the hub from over-heating, which will definitely cause the bearings to lock up and then center hub to wear out.
Twin-Drive Sprockets are available in 3 off-set sizes: 300mm tire 1-3/4", 330mm tire 2-1/2", 360mm 3". All Twin-Drive Sprockets are 22 teeth (530 pitch), and double-drive sprockets come assembled with bearings and crush sleeve (for 25mm shaft). Our twin drive sprocket replaces the worn out fat tire sprocket from all things chrome, c&s, roaring toyz, mertle west, and trac dynamics using a jackshaft.
