Pre-formed motorcycle fairing screens. Our diamond shaped screens are custom fabricated from the highest quality materials and most durable screen you will find (pro builder quality). Then each screen mesh design is hand formed for each hole using an actual fairing as a template to ensure a perfect fit. Specific kits have grill screens, upper fairing screens, subframe (tail section) screens, radiator grill screen, and lower fairing screens. Each pre-fitted screen is then chromed or anodized black red, blue, gold, and raw finish. We also have 18 x 18 square mesh material for you to hand form your own fairing screens, due to we do not do in house.
Installation time is usually about an hour and epoxy is used to set the fairing screens in place. "Do not get fooled by the chicken wire kit".
(1)*All Screens are made for their specific hole in the fairing! They are not a universal fit, so sort screens to specific side and order to how you will install them. (2) Remove all fairings from motorcycle, lay a towel on table to prevent scratching finished side and then lay fairings upside down. (3) Clean area (edges) where the supplied two part epoxy is going to in contact with fairing. If foam needs to be cut away, this is the time to do clear any obstructions from proper installation. (4) Pre-fit all screens in each hole to assure the pre-bent corners of fairing screens seat flat to inside of fairings. (5) Using the supplied appoxy given. Apply small amount of appoxy to pre-bent edges to where it meets in contact of fairing, then holding it down until epoxy sets. (6) Repeat steps to all screens, patience will go a long way for proper technique and cure time. (7) Wait 24 hrs. before installing fairings back on sport bike.
